At Alivio Search Partners, our goal is to deliver exceptional recruitment services and connect our clients with top-tier talent. We strive to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process, aligned with our clients’ unique needs. Our fulfillment policy outlines our commitment to meeting the requirements and expectations set forth in our agreements.

  1. Scope of Services
    Alivio Search Partners will identify, screen, and present qualified candidates for positions based on the criteria provided by the client. We leverage our extensive network, internal databases, and recruitment strategies to ensure we find the best possible match for each role.

  2. Recruitment Process
    Our recruitment process includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:

    • Understanding Client Needs: Collaborate closely with the client to define role requirements, including qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Sourcing Candidates: Use a variety of resources including internal databases, social media, direct outreach, and advertising campaigns to source potential candidates.

    • Screening & Shortlisting: Screen all applicants thoroughly, conduct initial interviews, and present a shortlist of the most suitable candidates to the client.

    • Client Interviews & Feedback: Coordinate interviews between the client and shortlisted candidates, collecting feedback and facilitating follow-up discussions as needed.

    • Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist in offer negotiations and provide guidance throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.

  3. Fulfillment Timeline

    • Alivio Search Partners aims to deliver a shortlist of qualified candidates within 14 business days from the date of receiving a signed agreement and finalized job description.

    • The timeline for fulfilling a position may vary depending on the role’s complexity, market conditions, and client responsiveness in providing feedback.

  4. Client Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate and complete information regarding the position and company culture.

    • Respond promptly to candidate submissions and interview scheduling requests.

    • Notify Alivio Search Partners of any changes to role requirements or hiring priorities in a timely manner.

  5. Fulfillment Guarantee
    Alivio Search Partners offers a 90-day guarantee for all placed candidates. Should a candidate resign or be terminated for any reason within 90 days from the start date, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.

  6. Payment Terms
    Payment terms are outlined in the signed agreement with the client. Fulfillment services are contingent upon adherence to these terms, including timely payments as specified.
