About the role
We are seeking a Staff-level Full Stack Engineer for a confidential client that is transforming how global talent connects with opportunities. You will help drive technical excellence and innovation, with a focus on leveraging AI to build a next-generation marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for core platform initiatives
- Design and implement foundational system capabilities for our AI-driven talent matching
- Lead the evolution of systems for rapid scaling and enhanced AI features
- Mentor other engineers and elevate technical standards across the team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with heavy expertise in Python and Ruby on Rails
- Deep background in distributed systems and scalable architecture
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML applications and experience with talent matching or recommendation engines is a plus
- Proven record of working effectively in a distributed, remote team
