Our accessibility goal
We work to make our website usable by people with disabilities and use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, as our technical target. Accessibility work is ongoing. We do not claim that every page, document, third-party service, or assistive technology combination has been fully tested or certified.
Website features and checks
The public website includes a skip-to-content link, labeled application controls, keyboard focus indicators, reduced-motion support, and a control to pause the homepage background video. Recent checks covered selected public pages with automated accessibility rules and browser interaction tests. Automated checks do not replace testing with people using screen readers and other assistive technologies.
Limitations and third-party services
Embedded scheduling services, external websites, downloadable documents, and parts of the wider recruiting platform may have accessibility limitations. If a calendar, document, account screen, or résumé upload is difficult to use, contact us for assistance or an alternative way to complete the task. An accessibility request does not require agreement to optional analytics, automated texts, or AI voice calls.
