About the role
An enterprise client scaling its engineering organization needs a senior recruiter who can own the full technical hiring funnel. You will partner directly with engineering leaders to fill hard-to-source roles while raising the bar on candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for senior and staff engineering roles
- Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, calibration, and offer strategy
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for niche technical skills
- Drive structured interview processes that reduce bias and improve signal
- Report on funnel metrics and time-to-fill to talent leadership
Qualifications
- 6+ years of in-house or agency technical recruiting
- Proven success filling competitive senior engineering roles
- Fluency with modern ATS and sourcing tooling
- Strong stakeholder management with technical hiring managers
- Data-driven approach to funnel optimization
