About the role
A PE-backed client preparing for its next stage of growth needs an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and board-level reporting. You will be the analytical partner to the CFO and department leaders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual budget and rolling forecast across all departments
- Build board and investor reporting packages with clear narrative
- Partner with department heads on headcount and spend planning
- Develop and maintain the company's three-statement financial model
- Analyze unit economics and surface actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Advanced financial modeling and three-statement expertise
- Experience supporting a PE- or VC-backed company preferred
- Strong command of Excel and modern planning tools
- Ability to translate financial data into executive-ready narrative
