About the role
What you’ll do
- Provide primary and preventative care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Conduct physical examinations, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
What you’ll bring
- Current license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of New York
- Board certification as an FNP, ANP, or GNP
- Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities is highly preferred

$130,000 - $160,000 USD Annually
