Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for technical roles (Engineering, Data Science, Product) and healthcare positions
- Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate fit for client requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - this is non-negotiable
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, etc.) or healthcare preferred
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
