Full-Time · $70,000 - $90,000 USD Base + 100% Bonus (OTE $140,000 - $180,000)

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles including physicians, NPs, PAs, and nurses
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers
- Source passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking
- Guide candidates through the credentialing and onboarding process
- Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience (agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of healthcare credentials, licensing, and compliance
- Proven ability to build client relationships and close deals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Driven, competitive, and motivated by performance-based compensation
