Responsibilities
- Lead retained executive searches for C-suite and VP-level roles
- Partner with clients to define search criteria and success profiles
- Map markets, identify targets, and engage passive executive talent
- Present calibrated candidate slates and manage interview processes
- Close executive candidates and support onboarding
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive recruiting or retained search experience
- Track record of placing C-level and VP-level executives
- Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders
- Experience with both contingent and retained search models
- Strategic thinker with strong business development skills
