About the role
We are hiring a US-market Recruiter to run full-cycle searches for US-based roles. This is a performance role for someone who moves fast, owns outcomes, and consistently delivers qualified candidates and clean client communication.
Responsibilities
- Own roles from intake through offer acceptance
- Proactively source and build pipelines
- Run structured screens and produce clear evaluation notes
- Submit shortlists with proof-of-fit and risk flags
- Coordinate interviews, prep candidates, and drive close
- Provide predictable client updates and pipeline reporting
- Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and activity tracking
Qualifications
- Proven recruiting production and quota overachievement
- Strong earning motivation and comfort with performance expectations
- Willingness to work beyond 40 hours when needed
- Tech fluency: ATS/CRM, sourcing tools, AI tools
- Strong stakeholder communication and candidate management
