Responsibilities
- Outbound sourcing via LinkedIn and targeted channels
- Outreach execution with disciplined follow-up
- First-round screens and clean candidate summaries
- ATS/CRM hygiene and stage management
- Scheduling coordination and candidate engagement
- Weekly activity targets and quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- Proven sourcing and recruiting delivery
- Comfortable with a performance-driven environment
- Strong systems discipline and responsiveness
- Strong tool usage: ATS/CRM, sourcing platforms, AI tools
- Strong written and spoken communication
