We are hiring an HR Generalist in Colombia to support a US-based law firm. This role owns core HR operations and supports hiring, primarily in Colombia, with occasional US hiring support.

About the role
What you’ll do
- Support day-to-day HR operations (employee lifecycle administration, documentation, policy support)
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain HR files and basic reporting
- Support recruitment: sourcing, screening coordination, scheduling, pipeline tracking
- Hire primarily Colombian candidates; may support US candidate hiring as needed
- Partner with leadership on HR needs and process improvements
What you’ll bring
- HR generalist experience (operations + hiring support)
- Strong organization, follow-through, and confidentiality
- Clear written communication and professional judgment
- Experience using HR systems, ATS/CRM, and productivity tools
- English proficiency sufficient to work with a US firm
