We are hiring SDRs/BDRs in Colombia for a tech startup. This is a high-activity outbound role focused on pipeline creation. The role is ideal for someone competitive, disciplined, and consistent with daily execution.

What you’ll do
- Cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Book qualified meetings and build pipeline
- Follow-up sequences and objection handling
- Maintain clean CRM notes and activity tracking
- Collaborate with leadership on messaging and targeting
- Hit weekly outreach and meeting targets
What you’ll bring
- SDR/BDR or quota-carrying sales experience preferred
- Strong written communication and comfort with outbound
- Coachability, discipline, and high activity tolerance
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- English proficiency for US-facing prospecting preferred (role-dependent)
Compensation
The advertised package
Up to $2,500 USD/month base + bonus (top performers reach $5,000 USD/month)
