Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Fully remote, must be U.S.-based, 0% travel. Base salary: $200,000–$230,000 USD with equity as part of total compensation. Drive architecture and technical strategy for key platform initiatives

Design and implement core platform capabilities powering AI-driven talent matching

Build scalable systems for complex matching algorithms and marketplace dynamics

Design and implement AI-powered features with data science teams

Establish and enforce standards for reliability, performance, and maintainability

Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across teams

Work cross-functionally with product, data, and security to solve business-critical problems

10+ years of professional software engineering experience

Must have 10+ years of Ruby on Rails experience – truly senior/pro-level

Must have 10+ years of React experience – truly senior/pro-level

Strong background in distributed systems and scalable architectures

3+ years of technical leadership driving complex projects

Experience building and scaling marketplace platforms or similarly complex systems

Excellence in written and verbal communication

Highly preferred: Python experience (for data/AI-related work); Experience with AI/ML platforms, recommendation systems, or matching algorithms; Experience with large-scale data processing and analytics; Background in well-known tech companies and/or top-tier universities (e.g., Ivy League, MIT, Berkeley, Stanford, Georgia Tech); Strong startup experience (not exclusively large enterprise backgrounds)
