Multi-site healthcare organization seeks VP of Clinical Operations to lead operational excellence across our network of outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgical centers. Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning and operational execution for clinical services
Oversee P&L responsibility for multiple locations and service lines
Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all sites
Develop and mentor operations leadership team
Partner with physician leadership and administrative teams
Implement data-driven decision making and performance metrics
Requirements & Qualifications
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
Clinical background (RN, MD, or allied health professional) strongly preferred
10+ years healthcare operations leadership experience
Experience with multi-site operations and ambulatory care
Strong financial acumen and P&L management
Proven track record of operational improvement and growth
Excellent strategic thinking and execution abilities
