Recruiter Requirements
Must Have:
- ✓2+ years of recruiting or headhunting experience
- ✓Healthcare OR Technology sector expertise
- ✓Proven track record of placements (portfolio required)
- ✓Excellent communication skills (English required)
- ✓Reliable internet and home office setup
Nice to Have:
- +Bilingual (Spanish/English) for Medellín location
- +Experience with healthcare staffing or tech recruiting
- +Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tech
- +Existing network in healthcare or tech sectors
- +Executive search or retained search experience
Location Requirements: Must be based in the New York metropolitan area or Medellín, Colombia. Remote work available with periodic in-person meetings.
