Recruiter Requirements

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of recruiting or headhunting experience
  • Healthcare OR Technology sector expertise
  • Proven track record of placements (portfolio required)
  • Excellent communication skills (English required)
  • Reliable internet and home office setup

Nice to Have:

  • +Bilingual (Spanish/English) for Medellín location
  • +Experience with healthcare staffing or tech recruiting
  • +Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tech
  • +Existing network in healthcare or tech sectors
  • +Executive search or retained search experience

Location Requirements: Must be based in the New York metropolitan area or Medellín, Colombia. Remote work available with periodic in-person meetings.
